Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is an approach that has the emphases on finding solutions and accessing strengths. SFT encourages people to identify their strengths, resources, and their past experiences of something working well. It focuses on giving people optimism and a plan to use their strengths and capacities. We would work together to explore your goals and how you would like things to be different, setting clear goals, and identifying the steps necessary to achieve those goals. SFT is effective for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and life transitions.
